By downloading or using Penmark (“the app”), you agree to these terms. The app is provided by NYRAI LLC (“we,” “us”).
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Penmark on Apple devices you own or control, per the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple EULA.
The optional “Penmark Unlimited” unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription. It removes the free-tier limits. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
You are responsible for how you handle student work and grades in accordance with your institution’s policies and applicable law (e.g. FERPA). Penmark stores this data only on your device and never transmits it, but you control what you import, export, and share.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data. Keep your own backups of important work.
